Not being an American I do not understand your Politics, in fact, I do not understand our British Politics either. What I do know is:-
Who is it that starts the wars? The general public? No! The Governments!
Who is it that gets killed in the wars? The Governments? No! The general public!
I personally see all Political parties as the same, no matter who you vote for the result is the same. I have written a post on my blog on my views of Politics and Politicians.
